PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of July 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by George Albert Baikie, of Auckland, Carrier, under and by virtue of a lease under section 4 of the Discharged Soldiers Settlement Act 1915, recorded in Register Book, Volume 367, folio 173 (S.T.L./D.S. 891), Auckland Land Registry, is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of July 1956.
