Crown Land Set Apart for a Police Station in Block VII,
Waiwera Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of July 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood 24 perches.
Being Allotments 400 and 401, Waiwera Parish.
Situated in Block VII, Waiwera Survey District, Auckland R.D.
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.O. 39049 deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of July 1956.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a gravel pit; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of July 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 6 acres 3 roods 15·1 perches.
Being Section 7 (formerly part Run 679).
Situated in Block IX, Lindis Survey District, Otago R.D. (S.O. 12136.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150774 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 16th day of July 1956.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto held from Her Majesty the Queen by the Trustees Executors and Agency Company of New Zealand Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act 1933 and having its registered office at Dunedin (as executor of the estate of Hector Gibson, deceased), under and by virtue of Crown Pastoral Lease No. P. 14, Volume 338, folio 20, Otago Land Registry, is hereby taken for a gravel pit; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of July 1956.
