A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of July 1956.

ALL that parcel of land containing 1 rood, more or less, situated in Block X, Oroua Survey District, being part Subdivision A, Manchester Block, being Lot 2, D.P. 18676, and being the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 690, folio 35, Wellington Registry.

In the Nelson Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 14168 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

Allocating Land Taken for Railway Purposes at Grovetown to the Purposes of a Road

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a road; and that the said road shall be under the control of the Marlborough County Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of railway land allocated to road: 3·9 perches.
Being part railway land in Block XI, Cloudy Bay Survey District.
Situated in Marlborough County. (S.O. 4276.)
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 14165 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.

to be the Deputy Governor of the Reserve Bank of New Zealand, to hold office, subject to the provisions of the said Act, for a term of seven years commencing from the 9th day of July 1956.
