Land Taken for the Use, Convenience, or Enjoyment of a Road in the Borough of Eastbourne

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of July 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 3 perches.
Being part Sections 37 and 39, Harbour District, being Lot 12, Deeds Plan No. 407. All certificate of title, Volume 354, folio 221, Wellington Land Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Eastbourne.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 10th day of July 1956.

Land Taken for a Pleasure Ground in the City of Wellington

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a pleasure ground, and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of July 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 4 acres 2 roods 18·5 perches.
Being part of Mount Victoria, being also part of the land described in the Seventh Schedule of the Wellington Corporation and Harbour Board Streets and Lands Act 1892, and by the said Act vested in the Harbour Board for the purposes of a signal station, and being also the piece of land thirdly described in certificate of title, Volume 314, folio 34, Wellington Registry, as the same is more particularly shown on the plan endorsed thereon.

Being part Section 27, Hutt District, being also part of the land defined on Plan A/361.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the provisional State forest land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.
SCHEDULE
NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in Whangaroa County, containing 649 acres 2 roods 27 perches, more or less, being Allotments 141 and 142, Pupuke Parish, situated in Blocks IX and X, Kaeo Survey District, and Lots 1 and 2 on D.P. 22563, being parts of Allotment 17, and Lot 3 on D.P. 22563, being part of Allotment S. 16, Matawherohia Parish, situated in Block X, Kaeo Survey District. As shown on plan No. 5/73, deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plans 813 and 5162B.)
Also all that area in Mangonui and Whangaroa Counties, containing 1,020 acres and 30 perches, more or less, being Allotments 62, 63, 64, S.E. 65, S. 66 and 67, Mangonui Parish, and Allotments N.E. 100, S.W. 100, N.W. 103 and 104, Kohumaru Parish, situated in Blocks III, IV, and VII, Maungataniwha Survey District.
