A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 2 roods 20·6 perches.

Being part Section 1.

Situated in Block IX, Tiger Hill Survey District, Otago R.D. (S.O. 12196.)

In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150816 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
