A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 226 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto shall, upon the publication hereof in the Gazette, become a street, and that the said street shall be under the control of the Upper Hutt Borough Council and shall be maintained by the said Council in like manner as other public highways are controlled and maintained by the said Council.

Approximate area of the piece of land: 17·32 perches.
Being part railway land, being part Section 128, Hutt District.
Situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District, Borough of Upper Hutt. (S.O. 23188.)
