A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

In the Gisborne Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150497 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 7th day of June 1956.

ROAD CLOSED

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 acres and 18·2 perches.

Adjoining or passing through Section 33, Block VII, and Section 2, Block VI, Maungamangero Survey District; coloured green. (S.O. 36010.)

All in the South Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150495 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
