A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, together with the rights of way created by memoranda of transfer No. 269345, No. 286405, No. 294889, No. 360490, Wellington Land Registry, and subject to the right of way created by memorandum of transfer No. 360490, Wellington Land Registry, and subject to the stormwater rights created by conveyance No. 116011, Wellington Deeds Registry, for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of June 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 33·92 perches. Part Section 31, Harbour District, being Lot 3, D.P. 10320. All certificate of title, Volume 597, folio 55, Wellington Land Registry.
