A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 11th day of June 1956.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:

0 1 38·3 Lot 1, D.P. 23174, being part Clendon’s Grant; coloured sepia.

Situated in Block XI, Otahuhu Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 39511.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150483 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of June 1956.
