A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.
FIRST SCHEDULE
LAND PROCLAIMED AS ROAD
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 acre and 17·2 perches.
Being part Kinohaku East No. 2 No. 12B Block; coloured sepia.
SECOND SCHEDULE
ROAD CLOSED

Altering the Boundaries of the Grey and Buller Electric Power Districts

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Electric Power Boards Act 1925, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby alter the boundaries of the Grey and Buller Electric Power Districts by excluding the areas described in the First Schedule hereto from the Buller Electric Power District and including such areas in the Grey Electric Power District, and I hereby declare that the altered boundaries of the Grey and Buller Electric Power Districts shall be those described in the Second and Third Schedules hereto respectively.
FIRST SCHEDULE
(a) ALL that area in the Nelson Land District, being part of the Buller County, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the boundary of the Buller County, as at present defined, such point being also the junction of the Buller and Inangahua Rivers; thence westerly generally down the middle of the Buller River to the western boundary of Block IV, Inangahua Survey District; thence southerly generally along the western boundaries of Blocks IV and VIII, Inangahua Survey District, to Berlins Bluff Trig. Station, being a point on the boundary of the Buller County as hereinbefore described; thence north-easterly generally along the said county boundary to the junction of the Buller and Inangahua Rivers, being the point of commencement. As the said area is shown outlined in green on the plan marked S.H.D. 403 deposited in the office of the State Hydro-electric Department at Wellington.
(b) All that area in the Nelson Land District, being part of the Buller County, bounded by a line commencing at a point on the boundary of the Buller County, as at present defined, such point being also the junction of the Buller and Inangahua Rivers; thence easterly generally up the middle of the Buller River to the western boundary of Block VI, Inangahua Survey District; thence northerly along that western boundary to the northern boundary of Block VI aforesaid; thence easterly along that northern boundary to the eastern boundary of Block VI aforesaid; thence southerly along that eastern boundary to the southern boundary of Block VI aforesaid; thence westerly along that southern boundary to the boundary of the Buller County as hereinbefore described; thence north-westerly along the said county boundary to the junction of the Buller and Inangahua Rivers, being the point of commencement. As the said area is shown outlined in blue on the said plan S.H.D. 403.
SECOND SCHEDULE
GREY ELECTRIC POWER DISTRICT
(a) ALL that area in the Westland Land District, being parts of the Counties of Grey and Westland and including the Boroughs of Greymouth, Brunner, and Runanga, bounded by a line commencing at the intersection of the right or northern bank of the Taramakau River with the eastern boundary of Block VII, Waimea Survey District, and proceeding due south along that boundary across the Taramakau River and a public road to the eastern boundary of Section 2069; thence generally in a southerly and westerly direction along the eastern and southern boundaries respectively of Section 2069 to the north-eastern corner of Section 3185; thence in a southerly direction by the eastern boundary of that section and by the south-eastern boundary of that section crossing the Greymouth–Kumara tramway; thence by the production of that boundary across Crown land and the Greymouth–Kumara road to the north-eastern boundary of Section 3184; thence in a south-easterly and south-westerly direction by the north-eastern and south-eastern boundaries respectively of that section to the northern side of the D.J. Road; thence generally in a westerly direction by the northern side of that road to the south-western corner of Section 129 (E.E.R.); thence in a southerly direction across the said D.J. Road to and along the north-western boundary of Section 3222 to a point in line with the production of the southern boundary of Section
