APPLICATION having been made to me for the issue of a provisional renewable lease for Section 27, Merrivale Settlement No. 1, Block XI, Waiau Survey District, and being all the land comprised in renewable lease registered in Volume 177, folio 152, Southland Registry, in favour of WALLACE ALEXANDER CARR, of Orawia, Farmer, and evidence having been lodged of the loss of the said renewable lease, I hereby give notice that I shall issue a provisional renewable lease as requested on the expiration of fourteen days from 24 May 1956.
