A PROCLAMATION
P URSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for police purposes (residence); and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 23rd day of January 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 30·4 perches.
Being Lots 19, 20, 25, and 26, D.P. 43 (Township of
Calton), and being part Section 10, North East Valley
District. All certificate of title, Volume 227, folio 281,
Otago Land Registry.

also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 23rd day of January 1956.

General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for the maintenance and improvement of a
drainage and flood-protection system and shall vest in the
Makerua Drainage Board as from the date hereinafter
mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall
take effect on and after the 23rd day of January 1956.

35 perches.

hereby taken for drainage purposes and shall vest in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Putaruru
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
the 23rd day of January 1956.
