A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant- General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of January 1956.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 3·16 perches. Being Lot 1, D.P. 17930, being part Section 116, Hutt District. Situated in the Borough of Upper Hutt. Part certificate of title, Volume 414, folio 272, Wellington Land Registry.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor- General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of January 1956.

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149174 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant- General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken, subject to the mining rights and easements relating thereto excepted and reserved by conveyance No. 314307 and lease No. 203929 (Auckland Land Registry), for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of January 1956.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 12 acres 2 roods 36·5 perches. Being part Allotment 2, Parish of Whangarei. Situated in Block VIII, Purua Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 39241.) In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149049 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
