Land Taken for Public Buildings of the General Government
in the Borough of Dargaville

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for public buildings of the General Government; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of January 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 8 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 27395, being part of Tunatahi Block.
Situated in Block XV, Kaihu Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 39225.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149108 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of January 1956.

Land and an Easement Over Land Taken for State Housing Purposes in Block X, Christchurch Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also hereby proclaim and declare that an easement is hereby taken over the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, vesting in Her Majesty the Queen the full and free right, liberty, license, and authority in perpetuity to construct and use a right-of-way, with the right for Her Majesty’s invitees, servants, agents, and workmen from time to time and at all times hereafter to go, pass, and repass, with or without horses or other animals or vehicles, over the said land, and to maintain, repair, and keep open the said right-of-way for the purpose of providing access to the said State housing land, such easement to be appurtenant to the land described in the said First Schedule; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of January 1956.

All situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 8889.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149045 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
