Portions of Public Reserves Set Apart for an Aerodrome in Block XIII, Waimea Survey District, and Block I, Kaniere Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portions of public reserves described in the Schedule hereto are hereby set apart for an aerodrome; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of January 1956.

In the Westland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of January 1956.

Being part Lot 4, D.P. 12659, being part of Tunatahi Block.
Situated in Block XV, Kaihu Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 39225.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149108 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured sepia.
