CORRIGENDA

IN the notice published in Gazette, 20 October 1955, No. 64, page 1658, under the heading “Retailers’ Licences Under the Sales Tax Act 1932–33, Granted”, for the words “Marton Motor Body Buildings (Alfred Osborn Partridge, Jack Maxwell Burberry, and Francis Raymond Stanford, trading us)”, read “Marton Motor Body Builders (Alfred Osborn Partridge, Jack Maxwell Burberry, and Francis Raymond Stanford, trading as)”.

In the notice published in Gazette, 15 December 1955, No. 77, page 1993, under the heading “Wholesalers’ Licences Under the Sales Tax Act 1932–33, Granted”, for the words “Phillipe, R. K., and Co. Ltd., Christchurch”, read “Phillips, R. K., and Co. Ltd., Christchurch”.

Crown Land Set Apart for a Police Station in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of January 1956.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 33 perches.

Being Lot 5, D.P. 42654. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 762, folio 40, Auckland Land Registry.

Situated in the Waitemata County.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 13th day of January 1956.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portion of land reserved for police purposes described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway housing; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 23rd day of January 1956.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land reserved for police purposes set apart: 1 rood 26·4 perches.

Being Section 16 (formerly part of Section 15).

Situated in Block IX, Town of Mataura, Borough of Mataura, Southland R.D. (S.O. 6212.)

In the Southland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 146666 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of January 1956.

Revoking a Proclamation Setting Apart Crown Land for a Post Office in Block I, Milford Sound Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated the 31st day of August 1955 and published in Gazette, 8 September 1955, No. 57, page 1398, setting apart Crown land for a post office in Block I, Milford Sound Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 17th day of January 1956.
