A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 4
of the Public Works Amendment Act 1947, I, Major-
General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough,
the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby
proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for the Auckland-Hamilton Motorway.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land taken:

Being

and 20, Manurewa Parish; coloured yellow.

Situated in Blocks X and XI, Otahuhu Survey District,
Auckland R.D. (S.O. 39335.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more
particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 150164
deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington,
and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

building-line restriction contained in S. 54875, Auckland Land
Registry, for State housing purposes; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day
of May 1956.

and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
