All that area in the County of Franklin in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the sea coast in Block I, Maioro Survey District, in line with the generally southern boundary of Lot 4, D.P. 33215, being parts Allotments 406 and 147, Parish of Waipipi, and running generally north-easterly along a right line to and along that southern boundary to and along the western end of Boundary Road to and along the middle of that road and the middle of the public road forming the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 1 and 2, D.P. 32592, being Allotments S. 157 and 346 of the said parish, to and south-easterly along the middle of the public road forming the south-western boundary of Allotment 175 of that parish to the line of mean high water (spring tide) along the western shores of the Waiuku River in Block XII, Awhitu Survey District; thence generally south-easterly along that line of mean high water, to and along the generally western boundary of the Borough of Waiuku as hereinbefore described, to and along the eastern side of the Puni-Waiuku via Otau Main Highway, to and along the eastern side of the public road forming the western boundary of Allotment 24, Parish of Waiuku East, and along the southern boundary of the said Allotment 24, to and along the south-western boundary of Allotment 13, Suburbs of Purapura, along a right line across a public road to and along the south-western boundary of Allotment 11 of the said suburbs, and along the southern boundary of the said Allotment 11, to a point in line with the south-western boundary of Allotment 10; thence along a right line across a public road to and along that south-western boundary, to and along the generally western boundary of Allotment 9, and the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of Allotment 8, the said allotments being of the Suburbs of Purapura aforesaid, to and along the southern boundaries of Allotments 28 and 29, Parish of Waiuku East aforementioned, and the south-western boundary of Allotment 225 of that parish, to and along the south-western side of the public road forming the north-eastern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 16386, being part Allotment 232, Parish of Waiuku East aforesaid, to and along the western boundary of Allotment 226 of that parish, and along a right line being that boundary produced across another part of the Puni-Waiuku via Otau Main Highway aforesaid to the southern side of that highway; thence easterly along that southern side to and southerly along a series of right lines through Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 14447, being parts Allotment 183 of the aforesaid parish and of Te Akaaka Nos. 3 and 2B Blocks, the said lines following the western boundary of Te Akaaka No. 3 Block aforesaid, to and along the western boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, D.P. 23200, being parts Te Akaaka Nos. 2A and 2B Blocks, to the south-western corner of that last-mentioned lot; thence along a right line running due south to the left bank of the Waikato River; thence generally south-westerly and then north-westerly along the left bank of that river and along the sea coast, being parts of the southern and western boundaries of the County of Franklin hereinbefore described, to the point of commencement in Block I, Maioro Survey District.

BOUNDARIES OF WAIUKU RIDING OF COUNTY OF FRANKLIN

All that area in the County of Franklin in the North Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the line of mean high water (spring tide) on the western shores of the Waiuku River in Block IX, Awhitu Survey District, due west of the intersection of the southern shores of the Taihiki River with the eastern shores of the Waiuku River aforesaid, and running generally easterly along a right line to and along the line of mean high water (spring tide) along the southern shores of the Taihiki River aforesaid to the north-western corner of Allotment 103, Parish of Waiuku East, in Block IX, Drury Survey District; thence southerly generally along the western boundary of that allotment, along a right line across a public road to and along a right line through Lot 2, D.P. 14421, being the western boundary of Allotment 102 of the said parish, and along the northern boundary of Allotment 101, to and along the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Allotment 91, and along a right line being that last-mentioned boundary produced to the western side of Gearons Road; thence along that western side to and along the south-western side of the public road crossing the Waiuku Branch Railway and forming the north-eastern boundary of Allotment 112, the aforesaid allotments being of the Parish of Waiuku East aforesaid, to and along the north-western and south-western boundaries of Lot 5 and the south-western boundaries of Lots 4 and 2, crossing Bald Hill Road, the said lots being shown on D.P. 23041, and being parts Allotment 19, Parish of Puni, along the south-western boundary of Allotment 127, Parish of Puni aforesaid, and along the south-western boundary of part Lot 6, D.P. 21497, being part Allotment 18, to and along the north-western boundaries of Lots 1 and 3, and the south-western boundary of Lot 2, the said lots being shown on D.P. 31827 and being parts Allotment 2, along the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of another part of the said Allotment 2, to and along the south-western boundaries of part Lot 5, Deeds Plan Whau 23, and Lot 1, D.P. 20751, both being parts of Allotment 1, the said allotments being of the Parish of Puni aforesaid, to the easternmost corner of Section 2, Block II, Onewhero Survey District; thence along the south-eastern boundary of that section and along a right line being that boundary produced to and along the south-eastern side of the public road forming the north-western boundaries of Allotments 118 and 119, Parish of Puni aforementioned, the north-western boundary of Lot 1, D.P. 16679, being part Purapura No. 1 Block, the north-western and western boundaries of Lot 8, and the western boundaries of Lot 7, parts Lots 6, Lots 5 and 4, and parts Lot 3, the said lots being shown on Deeds Plan Whau 57 and being parts of Purapura No. 1 Block aforesaid, to and along the western and south-western boundaries of part Lot 1, D.P. 2127, being part of the aforesaid Purapura No. 1 Block, along the south-western boundary of the part Purapura No. 1 Block aforesaid shown on D.P. 3753, and along a right line being that last-mentioned boundary produced to the left bank of the Waikato River; thence south-westerly down that left bank, being part of the southern boundary of the County of Franklin hereinbefore described, to a point due south of the south-western corner of Lot 1, D.P. 23200, being part Te Akaaka No. 2A Block; thence generally northerly along the generally eastern boundary of the Riding of Waipipi as hereinbefore described, to and along the south-eastern, north-eastern, and northern boundaries of the Borough of Waiuku as hereinbefore described, to and again along the eastern boundary of
