Crown Land Set Apart for Railway Purposes at Mount Maunganui

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 7th day of May 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 3 acres and 10·5 perches.
Being part Lot 76, D.P. 6922, being part Sections 8 and 9, Block VII, Tauranga Survey District.
Situated in the Borough of Mount Maunganui. (S.O. 37416.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 13802 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of April 1956.

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and the Government Railways Act 1949, I, Major-General the Right Honourable Sir Harold Eric Barrowclough, the Administrator of the Government of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for railway purposes.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land containing 32 perches, more or less, situated in Tiriraukawa Survey District, being part of Section 1, Ohingaiti Block, being Lot 6, D.P. 556, Township of Ohingaiti, and being all the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 209, folio 55, Wellington Registry.
Situated in Rangitikei County.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 23rd day of April 1956.

Licensing Picton Rentals Limited to Use and Occupy a Part of the Foreshore at Picton, Queen Charlotte Sound, as a Site for a Boatshed.

ORDER IN COUNCIL
At the Government House at Wellington this 24th day of April 1956
Present:
His Excellency the Administrator of the Government in Council
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby licenses and permits Picton Rentals Limited (hereinafter called the company, which term shall include its successors or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark at Picton, Queen Charlotte Sound, as shown on plan marked M.D. 9801 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a boatshed as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the company upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The premium payable by the company shall be five pounds (£5) and the annual sum so payable ten pounds (£10).

The term of the licence shall be fourteen years from the lst day of April 1956.

Licensing Hector George Thompson to Use and Occupy a Part of the Lake Bed at Lake Te Anau as a Site for a Wharf

At the Government House at Wellington this 24th day of April 1956
Present:
His Excellency the Administrator of the Government in Council
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby licenses and permits Hector George Thompson (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the lake bed in Lake Te Anau as shown on plan marked M.D. 10007 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of erecting and maintaining thereon a wharf as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE

This licence is subject to the Foreshore Licence Regulations 1940, and the provisions of those regulations shall, so far as applicable, apply hereto.

The master of every vessel discharging ballast at the said wharf shall deposit such ballast above high-water mark, or at such place as may be approved by the Minister or by any person appointed by the Minister for that purpose.

His Excellency the Administrator of the Government in Council
Pursuant to the Harbours Act 1950, His Excellency the Administrator of the Government, acting by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, hereby licenses and permits Alfred Shepherd (hereinafter called the licensee, which term shall include his administrators, executors, or assigns, unless the context requires a different construction), to use and occupy a part of the foreshore and land below low-water mark on the Waikato River at Port Waikato as shown on plan marked M.D. 9941 and deposited in the office of the Marine Department at Wellington, for the purpose of maintaining thereon a cottage, fish shop, garage, and boatshed as shown on the said plan, such licence to be held and enjoyed by the licensee upon and subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the Schedule hereto.
