All that area in the Otago Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the south-eastern shore of the Otago Harbour in line with the south-western boundary of Scobie Road adjoining Block IV, Andersons Bay Survey District; then generally north-easterly along the mean high-water mark of the Otago Harbour to Taiaroa Head; then generally southerly and westerly along the mean high-water mark of the sea to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary of Forbury Road; then north-westerly to and along that boundary to the north-western boundary of Section 6, Block XII, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; then north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of Sections 6 and 4, Block XII, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, to Victoria Road at the north-eastern corner of Lot 1, D.P. 1772; then generally north-easterly along the south-eastern side of Victoria Road to the westernmost corner of Section 27, Block VII, Otago Peninsula Survey District; then south-easterly, north-easterly, and north-westerly along the south-western, south-eastern, and north-eastern boundaries of that Section 27 to Tahuna Road; then north-westerly across Tahuna Road to the easternmost corner of Section 7, Block VII, Otago Peninsula Survey District; then generally easterly, northerly, and north-westerly along the boundaries of the City of Dunedin hereinbefore described to the point of commencement.

All that area in the Otago Land District and Peninsula County bounded by a line commencing at the westernmost corner of Section 58, Upper Harbour East Survey District; then south-easterly, easterly, and north-easterly along the south-western, southern, and south-eastern boundaries of Upper Harbour East Survey District to the south-western boundary of Section 2 of 2, Block I, Otago Peninsula Survey District; then south-easterly along that boundary, north-easterly along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 2 of 2 and 2 of 3, south-easterly along the south-western boundary of Section 2 of 4, and generally north-easterly along the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 2 of 4, 41, and 40, Block I aforesaid; then north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of Section 40, Block I, to and north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of Section 68, Block II, Otago Peninsula Survey District, south-easterly along the south-western boundaries of Sections 69 and 70, Block II, and north-easterly along the south-eastern boundary of Section 70 to its north-eastern corner; then northerly along a straight line to the south-western corner of Section 72; then south-easterly and north-westerly along the south-western and north-eastern boundaries of Section 72 and north-easterly to and along the south-eastern boundary of Section 22; then generally south-easterly along the south-western boundaries of Sections 50, 48, 1 of 46, 1 of 44, 42, 40, 39, 38, and 37, Block II, Otago Peninsula Survey District; then south-westerly along the north-western boundary of Block III, Otago Peninsula Survey District, to the south-western boundary of Section 52, Block III aforesaid; then south-easterly along that boundary and its production to the mean high-water mark of the ocean; then generally westerly along that high-water mark to a point in line with the south-eastern boundary of Tomahawk Survey District; then north-easterly, north-westerly, and south-westerly to and along the south-eastern, north-eastern, and north-western boundaries of that Survey District to the easternmost corner of Block VIII, Andersons Bay Survey District; then north-westerly along the north-eastern boundary of that Block VIII to the north-western boundary of Section 17; then south-westerly along the north-western boundaries of Sections 17, Block VIII, 13 and 23, Block VII, to the Tomahawk Lagoon; then generally westerly along the northern shore of the Tomahawk Lagoon to its junction with the eastern boundary of the City of Dunedin; then generally northerly along the eastern boundary of the City of Dunedin hereinbefore described to the point of commencement.

All that area in the Otago Land District and Peninsula County bounded by a line commencing at a point on the south-eastern shore of the Otago Harbour in line with the south-western boundary of Scobie Road, adjoining Block IV,

Revoking in Part a Notice Defining Lands in Hawke’s Bay Land District to Which Water is Supplied Pursuant to Section 8 of the Land Laws Amendment Act 1939


WHEREAS pursuant to subsection (5) of section 8 of the Land Laws Amendment Act 1939, a notice was published in Gazette, 21 March 1946, Vol. I, page 358, notifying that the lands defined in the Schedule to the said notice are lands to which water is supplied under the said section:

And whereas it is expedient that the aforesaid notice should be revoked in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto:

Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (6) of section 50 of the Land Act 1948, it is hereby notified that the said notice is accordingly revoked in so far as it relates to the land described in the Schedule hereto.

WHEREAS pursuant to subsection (5) of section 8 of the Land Laws Amendment Act 1939, a notice was published in Gazette, 31 July 1941, Vol. II, page 2236, notifying that the lands defined in the Schedule hereto are lands to which water is supplied under the said section:

And whereas it is expedient that the aforesaid notice should be revoked:

Now, therefore, pursuant to subsection (6) of section 50 of the Land Act 1948, it is hereby notified that the said notice is accordingly revoked.
