[L.S.] C. W. M. NORRIE, Governor-General A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of April 1956.

Being Sections 36 and 37, Town of Whakamaru, as shown on the plan deposited in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland as S.O. 37382.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

OTAGO LAND DISTRICT—SOUTHLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in Waitaki County, containing 4 acres and 1 perch, more or less, being Section 64, Block VIII, and Section 51, Block IX, Otepopo Survey District (formerly closed road).
