Leasehold Estate in Land in the City of Auckland Taken for
a Public Works Depot

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by H. J. Ryan Limited, under and by virtue of Memoranda of Lease No. 19639 and No. 19638 respectively, for a term commencing on 1 October 1944 and ending on 20 December 1959 with a right of renewal for a further term of twenty-one years and so on from time to time in perpetuity, is hereby taken for a Public Works depot; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of April 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate is taken: 1 rood 39·2 perches.
Being Lots 13 and 14 of Block IX, D.R.O. Plan 226, being all the land in leasehold certificates of title, Volume 843, folio 251, and Volume 843, folio 250, Auckland Land Registry (limited as to parcels).
Situated in the City of Auckland.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of April 1956.
