A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as street:
A. R. P. Being
2 1 26·5 Parts Sections 3 and 4; coloured yellow.
0 3 39·6 Parts Sections 3 and 4; coloured sepia.
0 0 26·45 Parts Lots 30 to 32, D.P. 224, being part Section 4; coloured blue.

All situated in Block VI, Town District, City of Dunedin, Otago R.D. (S.O. 12187.)
In the Otago Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149851 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated 17 May 1954, and published in Gazette, 20 May 1954, Volume II, page 866, proclaiming land as road, and closing road, in Block III, Okains Survey District, Akaroa County, and hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of a road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of April 1956.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 34·2 perches.
Being part of the land on D.P. 1163 and part Lot 1, D.P. 3076, being part Section 8, Omata District. Balance certificate of title, Volume 90, folio 169, Taranaki Land Registry.
Situated in Block IV, Paritutu Survey District.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 6th day of April 1956.
