Leasehold Estate in Land in the City of Auckland Taken for Police Purposes

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Hinemoa Private Hotel Limited, for a term of ninety-nine years from the 1st day of August 1873, under and by virtue of Memorandum of Lease No. 119 (Auckland Registry), is hereby taken for police purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of April 1956.
SCHEDULE
ALL that parcel of land, being Allotment 1 and part Allotment 2 of Subsection 3 of a subdivision into lots and subsections of Section 13 of the City of Auckland. All Land Transfer Provisional Register Book, Volume 5, folio 27, and part Land Transfer Provisional Register Book, Volume 5, folio 28, Auckland Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of March 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of April 1956.

In the Hawke’s Bay Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149820 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
