Crown Land Set Apart for a Secondary School in the City of Auckland

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a secondary school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of April 1956.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 roods 21·8 perches.

Being Allotment 149 of Section 6, Suburbs of Auckland. Situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37359.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked S.O. 37359 lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of March 1956.

Pursuant to section 25 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of April 1956.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 acres and 1·37 perches.

Being part Section 3.

Situated in Block I, Rimutaka Survey District. (S.O. 23419.)

In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149834 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Being Crown land.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated 2 March 1948 and published in Gazette, 11 March 1948, Volume I, page 264, and deposited in the Land Registry Office at Blenheim as No. 688, taking land for a further portion of the South Island Main Trunk Railway, North End (93m. to 99m.), in Blocks V, VIII, and X, Mount Fyffe Survey District, in so far as it affects the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Second Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a further portion of the South Island Main Trunk Railway, North End (93m. to 99m.).

FIRST SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land affected by the revocation: 5 acres and 10 perches.

Being road adjoining Crown land and Lot 26, D.P. 500, Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, D.P. 1041, Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and part Lot 11, D.P. 811, being Section 341, also Section 340, Kaikoura Suburban.

Situated in Block X, Mount Fyffe Survey District, Marlborough R.D. (S.O. 3800.)

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 125498 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green, edged green.

SECOND SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 5 acres and 7·33 perches.

Being road adjoining Crown land and railway land.

Situated in Block X, Mount Fyffe Survey District, Marlborough R.D. (S.O. 4235.)

In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148864 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green, bordered green.
