A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a hospital; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of April 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 17·4 perches. Being all the land on D.P. 19212. All certificate of title, Volume 476, folio 104, Auckland Land Registry. Situated in the City of Auckland.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 26th day of March 1956.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 3rd day of April 1956.

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149825 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.
