ALL that area in the South Auckland Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point in Block I, Kawhia North Survey District, where the southern shores of the Aotea Harbour meet the sea coast, and running generally easterly along the southern and eastern shores of that harbour to the south-western corner of Moerangi No. 3D 1 Block in Block II, Kawhia North Survey District; thence along the southern boundary of that No. 3D 1 Block, the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of part Moerangi No. 3D 2 Block, crossing the intersecting public road, along the generally southern boundary of Section 2, Block III, Kawhia North Survey District, the eastern boundary of Section 1 of the said Block III, the south-eastern and eastern boundaries of Lot 2 of Section 7, Block XV, Karioi Survey District, and along the southern boundary of Section 8 of the said Block XV, to and along the western side of the public road forming the eastern boundary of Section 3, Block IV, Kawhia North Survey District, to the angle in that eastern boundary nearest the south-western corner of Section 4 of the said Block IV; thence along a right line across the said public road to that south-western corner, and along the southern boundary of Section 4 aforesaid, and the western, southern, and eastern boundaries of Section 7, Block I, Pirongia Survey District, to the angle in that last-mentioned boundary nearest the south-western corner of Section 6 of the last-mentioned Block I; thence along a right line across a public road to that last-mentioned south-western corner, and along the southern boundary of the said Section 6, and the western, southern, and eastern boundaries of part Moerangi No. 4 Block (State forest, Gazette 1948, page 1341) to Trig. Station Tahanui in Block II, Pirongia Survey District; thence along the end of a public road, the south-western boundaries of Allotments 428 and 352, Parish of Pirongia, the end of another public road, and the south-western boundary of Allotment 358 of the said parish, to Trig. Station No. 1922 (Mahaukura) in Block III, Pirongia Survey District; thence along the north-western boundary of Mangauika B 2 Sec. 2 Block and the north-western and south-western boundaries of Section 6, Block III, Pirongia Survey District aforesaid, to and along the western boundary of Section 14, the western, southern, and eastern boundaries of Section 23, and the eastern boundary of Section 24, the said sections being of Block VII, Pirongia Survey District, to and along the southern boundary of Section 7, the southern and eastern boundaries of Section 4, and the eastern boundary of Section 2, the said sections being of Block III, Pirongia Survey District aforementioned, to and along the southern boundary of the land shown on D.P. 9307, being part Allotment 365, Parish of Pirongia, and the southern boundaries of Allotments 306 and 329 of that parish, to and down the middle of the Mangauika Stream, to and up the middle of the Waipa River, to a point in Block XII, Pirongia Survey District, in line with the south-western boundary of Kakepuku No. 9B 1A Block; thence along a right line to and along the south-western boundaries of the said No. 9B 1A Block, of part Kakepuku No. 9B 2D 1 Block, of Kakepuku Nos. 9B 2C 1 and 9B 4D 1A Blocks, and of Lot 4, D.P. 16585, being part Kakepuku No. 9B 5 No. 1 Block, and along a right line across the Te Awamutu-Bartons Corner Main Highway, to and along the south-western boundaries of another part of the said No. 9B 5 No. 1 Block, of Lot 2, D.P. 23897, being part of the aforesaid No. 9B 5 No. 1 Block, and of Lot 3, D.P. 23897 aforesaid, being part Kakepuku No. 9B 5 No. 2 Block, to the southernmost corner of that Lot 3; thence along a series of right lines passing through Lot 10, D.P. 23042, and through Sections 10 and 11 of Block IX, Puniu Survey District, the said right lines following the original southern boundary of Kakepuku Block, to and along the southern boundaries of Sections 15, 5, and 6 of the said Block IX, the southern boundary of Kakepuku No. 12E Block, the generally western and southern boundaries of the land shown on D.P. 22692, being part Section 1, Block X, Puniu Survey District, and the southern boundary of another part of that Section 1, to and northerly along the western side of the North Island Main Trunk Railway to a point in line with the boundary between that last-mentioned Section 1, and part Ouruwhero No. 3Y 2c Block; thence still generally easterly along a right line across the said railway to and along that last-mentioned boundary, to and along the southern side and the eastern end of the public road forming the northern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 12868, to and along the eastern boundary of the aforesaid Section 1 of Block X, to and along the southern boundaries of part Ouruwhero No. 3U 2 Block, and of Lot 2, D.P. 27311, being parts Ouruwhero No. 3U 1 Block and of the said No. 3U 2 Block, to and along the south-western boundary of part Section 3 of Block X aforesaid, and the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of Tokanui C No. 2B Block, to the northern corner of Tokanui C No. 11 Block, which is part of the land included in Lot 1, D.P. 4924; thence along a right line to the north-western corner of Lot 2, D.P. S. 2050, being parts Tokanui A and C No. 4 Blocks, and along the northern boundary of that Lot 2 to and along the generally northern boundary of Lot 1, D.P. S. 2050 aforesaid, being parts of the said A and C No. 4 Blocks, and along a right line being the last-mentioned boundary produced across the Great South Road to the eastern side of that road; thence along that eastern side to and along the southern boundary of Lot 2, D.P. 24431, being part of the aforementioned Tokanui A Block, to the southernmost corner of that Lot 2, and along a right line to the confluence of the Moerika Stream with the Puniu River in Block XI, Puniu Survey District; thence up the middle of the said Puniu River to a point in

Block I, Wharepapa Survey District, in line with a right line passing through Sections 32 and 28 of Block II, Wharepapa Survey District, the said right line being the north-eastern boundary of Lot 2 as shown on D.P. 27307, and along a right line to and along that last-described right line to and along the south-western boundaries of Sections 54 and 55, Block II, Wharepapa Survey District aforesaid, along a right line across the Waipari River to and along the south-western boundaries of Sections 26, 25, 40, 53, 49, 44, and 46, all of Block II, Wharepapa Survey District aforesaid, to Trig. Station No. 1593 (Whatauri); thence along the south-eastern boundary of the aforesaid Section 46, the abutment of a public road, the south-eastern boundaries of Sections 45 and part 3 of the last-mentioned Block II, along a right line across Aotearoa Road to and along the southern boundaries of Section 15 of the said Block II, and of Lot 3, D.P. S. 1887, being part Section 1, Block III, Wharepapa Survey District, along a right line across Karaka Road to and along the southern boundaries of Sections 14 and 13 of the last-mentioned Block III, and along a right line across Mangare Road and passing through Section 1, Block IV, Wharepapa Survey District, to and along the northern boundary of Section 10 of that Block IV, and along another right line, being that last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Waikato River; thence generally southerly up the middle of that river to and up the middle of the Waipapa River, to and up the middle of the Waiteti Stream to its approximate source at peg CXXX in Block XI, Ranginui Survey District, as shown on S.O. Plan 20946²; thence along the western boundaries of part Pouakani Block, as shown on S.O. Plan 20946² aforesaid, of Section 1, Block XVI, Ranginui Survey District, and of part Pouakani B No. 11 Block, to the north-eastern corner of Maraeroa A No. 3A Block; thence westerly along the northern boundary of the said A No. 3A Block to the intersection with a right line between Trig. Station No. 1641 (Rangitoto) in Block IV, Pakaumanu Survey District, and the source of the Ongarue River, near Trig. Station No. 1390 (Pureora) in Block III, Hurakia Survey District; thence generally north-westerly along that last-mentioned right line to its intersection, in Block XIV, Ranginui Survey District, with the south-eastern boundary of Rangitoto A No. 31B Block; thence along the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of that A No. 31B Block, the north-eastern boundaries of Rangitoto A Nos. 31A and 32A Blocks, the south-eastern and north-eastern boundaries of Rangitoto A No. 32B 2 Block, the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Rangitoto A No. 33 Block, to and along the north-eastern boundary of part Rangitoto A No. 34A Block, and along a right line passing through Section 1, Block IX, Ranginui Survey District, to and along the north-eastern boundary of part Lot 1, D.P. 8021, being part Rangitoto A No. 36B Block, the eastern and northern boundaries of Lot 1, D.P. 35582, being part of the said A No. 36B Block, along the generally north-eastern, northern, and western boundaries of Section 1, Block VIII, Pakaumanu Survey District, to and along the northern boundary of Rangitoto A No. 67B 2A Block and the north-eastern and north-western boundaries of Rangitoto A No. 67B 1B Block, and along a right line, being that last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Waipa River; thence down the middle of that river to a point in Block VII, Pakaumanu Survey District, in line with the southern boundary of Rangitoto A No. 41 Block, and along a right line to and along the southern, eastern, and northern boundaries of the said A No. 41 Block, and along another right line, being that last-mentioned boundary produced to the middle of the Waipa River aforementioned; thence again down the middle of that river to a point in Block II, Pakaumanu Survey District, in line with the northern boundary of Lot 5, D.P. 14919, being parts Rangitoto-Tuhua Nos. 35G 2A, 35G 2B, 35G 2c, and 35F Blocks, and along a right line to and along that northern boundary, to and along the western side of a public road intersecting part Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 35E Block near its south-eastern corner, to and along the eastern boundary of the said part No. 35E 2 Block, and the eastern and northern boundaries of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 35E 1A Block, to and along the eastern and northern boundaries of Section 24, Block XIV, Mangaorongo Survey District, and along a right line across a public road to and along the northern and north-western boundaries of Section 3 of that Block XIV, crossing an intersecting public road, to and along the northern boundary of Section 14 of the said Block XIV, to and along the generally eastern, northern, and western boundaries of part Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 35E 1B Block, to a point on that last-mentioned boundary, being the south-eastern corner of Rangitoto-Tuhua No 26B Block which has been subdivided and is now shown as parts of Lots 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13, D.P. 7297; thence along a right line passing through Lot 13, D.P. 7297 aforesaid, to the south-western corner of the said No. 26B Block, and along another right line passing through Lot 12, D.P. 7297 aforesaid, to the north-eastern corner of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 69B Block; thence along the northern boundary of the said No. 69B Block, crossing Puketawai Road, and along the northern boundaries of Rangitoto-Tuhua No. 71B 1 and Te Tawai A No. 1 Blocks, to and along the generally eastern boundaries of Te Kuiti No. 2B Nos. 22, 9B, and 14B Blocks, and the northern boundary of the said No. 2B 14B Block, to and along part of the generally eastern boundary of Section 1, Block XVI, Orahiri Survey District, to and along the eastern boundary of Mangarapa No. 1B Block, and along another part of the eastern boundary of Section 1 of Block XVI aforesaid, to and along the eastern boundary of Section 2 and the eastern and northern boundaries of Section 19, both of Block XII, Orahiri Survey District, to the middle of the Mangarapa Stream; thence
