A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 149 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as stopped the Government road described in the Schedule hereto, that road being no longer required.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 9 acres. Adjoining or passing through Sections 29 and 64. Situated in Block IX, Wakamarina Survey District, Marlborough R.D. (S.O. 4196.)
In the Marlborough Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149661 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Pursuant to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as closed the portion of road described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 2 roods 14 7 perches. Adjoining part Lot 1, D.P. 8422, being part Section 342, Okotuku District, Block V, and Lot 1, D.P. 5724, being part Oika Maori Reserve, being also part Section 361, Block VI. Situated in Wairoa Survey District. (S.O. 21267.) In the Wellington Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 121981 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured green.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block XII, Rotorua Survey District, Rotorua County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 8th day of February 1943, to be road.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be road: 24 2 perches. Being part Waiteti 2A 1B 1E 1 Block. Situated in Block XII, Rotorua Survey District, Auckland R.D. (M.L. 17340.) In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149751 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

Amending a Proclamation Proclaiming Land as Street in the Borough of Queenstown

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby amend the Proclamation dated the 17th day of January 1956, and published in Gazette, 19 January 1956, Vol. I, page 32, proclaiming land as street in the Borough of Queenstown, by deleting from the Schedule to the said Proclamation the area secondly described therein and substituting in lieu thereof the area described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 11 53 perches. Being Lot 50, D.P. 7926, being part Section 4; coloured blue. Situated in Block XX, Shotover Survey District, Otago R.D. (S.O. 12122.) In the Otago Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148695 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Crown Land Set Apart for State Housing Purposes in Block V, Kawarau Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of March 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 1 rood. Being Lot 2, D.P. 8531, being part Lot 1, D.P. 8058, being part Section 12, Block V, Kawarau Survey District. Formerly part certificate of title, Volume 359, folio 159, Otago Land Registry, and being part Proclamation No. 6754, Otago Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 20th day of March 1956.
