Land Taken, Together with the Benefit of an Easement and Subject as to Part to an Easement, for Health Purposes (Dental Training School) in the City of Christchurch, and Previous Proclamation Revoked

A PROCLAMATION

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby revoke the Proclamation dated 14 November 1955 and published in Gazette, 17 November 1955, No. 70, page 1752, taking land together with the benefit of the drainage easement appurtenant to the land first described created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 40280, Canterbury Land Registry, and subject to the drainage easement as to the land secondly described created by Deed of Grant No. 84877, Canterbury Land Registry, for health purposes (dental training school), and hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, together with the benefit of the drainage easement appurtenant to the land first described created by Memorandum of Transfer No. 40280, Canterbury Land Registry, and subject to the drainage easement as to the land secondly described created by Deed of Grant No. 84877, Canterbury Land Registry, is hereby taken for health purposes (dental training school); and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of March 1956.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of March 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 5 acres and 13·6 perches.
Being Lot 19, D.P. 43329. Part certificate of title, Volume 1179, folio 37, Auckland Land Registry.
Situated in Block XIV, Waitemata Survey District.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of March 1956.

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149713 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 22 acres 1 rood 2 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 31753, being part Allotments 195 and 196, Hautapu Parish.
Situated in Block IX, Cambridge Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37664.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149693 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Being Lot 1, D.P. 5084, being parts of Town Sections 439 and 441, Napier. All certificate of title, H.B. Volume 53, folio 266, Hawke's Bay Land Registry.
