A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the additional land described in the Schedule
hereto is hereby taken for a secondary school; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 26th day of March 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of additional land taken:
21·3 perches.
Being Lot 50, Deeds Plan 189, being part Suburban Section
226, Town of Palmerston North. All certificate of title,
Volume 342, folio 233, Wellington Land Registry (limited as
to parcels).
Situated in the City of Palmerston North.
