PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and

hereby taken for the provision of a pleasure ground and shall
vest in the Chairman, Councillors, and Inhabitants of the
County of Taieri as from the date hereinafter mentioned;
and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on
and after the 26th day of March 1956.

tions under Part III of the Coal Mines Act 1925; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
