in the Borough of Otaki Set Apart for a Soil-conservation
Reserve

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 16
of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941,
I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie,
the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim
and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby set apart for a soil-conservation reserve; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 26th day of March 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 2 roods
28·6 perches.
Being Lot 7, D.P. 15133, being part Paremata 11, Sub-
divisions 4A and 4B, and Old Bed Rangiuru Creek, situated in
the Borough of Otaki. Part certificate of title, Volume 581,
folio 233, Wellington Land Registry.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-
General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand,
this 14th day of March 1956.

Whakatane

A PROCLAMATION
Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now
held for buildings of the General Government, is hereby set
apart for a postmaster's residence; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day
of March 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 34·1 perches.
Being Lot 6, D.P. 28685, being part Allotment 269, Parish
of Waimana, and being all the land in Proclamation No.
12695. Formerly all certificate of title, Volume 871, folio 118,

Situated in the Borough of Whakatane.

Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and

hereby taken for buildings of the General Government; and
I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and
after the 26th day of March 1956.

perches.

Pursuant to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-
General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and
declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is
hereby taken for a municipal depot and shall vest in the
Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Auckland
as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare
that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the
26th day of March 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 10
perches.
Being part Allotment 38 of Section 39, City of Auckland.
All the land in Proclamation 12690, Auckland Land Registry.
