Land Held for Soil-conservation and River-control Purposes in Blocks VIII and IX, Waitohu Survey District, Set Apart for a Soil-conservation Reserve

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 16 of the Soil Conservation and Rivers Control Act 1941, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for a soil-conservation reserve; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 26th day of March 1956.
