A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land proclaimed as road:

In the North Auckland District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149572 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

PURSUANT to section 18 of the Forests Act 1949, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby set apart the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto as permanent State forest land.

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT—AUCKLAND CONSERVANCY
ALL that area in the Bay of Islands County containing 291 acres 1 rood, more or less, and being Section 24, Block III, Hukerenui Survey District. As shown on plan No. 9/34 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 39261.)

ALL that area in Southland County, containing 74 acres, more or less, and being Section 8, Block X, Waikawa Survey District. As shown on plan No. 217/17 deposited in the Head Office of the New Zealand Forest Service at Wellington, and thereon bordered red. (S.O. Plan 3150.)

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of March 1956.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 2 roods 12.23 perches.
Being part Sections 101 and 103, Town of Featherston, being also part Lot 1, D.P. 14898, being Lots 37 to 39, inclusive, D.P. 15462, formerly part certificate of title, Volume 563, folio 183, Wellington Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Featherston.
