A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for State housing purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of March 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the use, convenience, or enjoyment of the Wellington-Foxton Motorway; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of March 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the leasehold estate in the land described in the Schedule hereto, held by Self Help Co-op. Limited, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1933 and having its registered office at Wellington, under and by virtue of Lease No. 91445 (Hawke's Bay Land Registry), is hereby taken for a post office; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 12th day of March 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land in respect of which the leasehold estate is taken: 12.6 perches.
