14449, to the Special Area boundary; thence south-westerly
and north-westerly along the Special Area boundary to the
point of commencement.
ELEVENTH SCHEDULE
Hansons Lane
ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a
line commencing at a point on the Special Area boundary,
the said point being the south-western corner of Lot 58,
Deposit Plan No. 16688; thence westerly by a right line,
being the production of the southern boundary of Lot 58, to
the eastern boundary of Lot 11, Deposit Plan No. 15936;
then e southerly, north-westerly, and northerly along the
eastern, south-western, and western boundaries of Lot 11 to
the Speical Area boundary; thence northerly generally, east-
erly and southerly along the Special Area boundary to the
point of commencement.

In the matter of the Companies Act 1933, and of the Owen
Bros. Company Limited (in liquidation).
THE liquidator of the Owen Bros. Company Limited, which
is being wound up voluntarily, doth hereby fix the
21st day of March 1956 as the day on or before which the
creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims
and to establish any title they may have to priority under
section 258 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of
any distribution made before such debts are proved, or, as
the case may be, from objecting to such distribution.

22 February 1956, a special resolution was passed that the
company be wound up voluntarily and that Edwin Glasson
Mitchell, Public Accountant, of Christchurch, be appointed
liquidator.

NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND
In the matter of the Public Works Act 1928.
NOTICE is hereby given that the Auckland City Council
proposes under the provisions of the above-mentioned
Act to execute a certain public work, namely, a municipal
depot, and for the purpose of such public work the land
described in the schedule hereto is required to be taken;
and notice is hereby further given that a plan of the land so
required to be taken is deposited in the public office of the
Town Clerk at the Town Hall, Auckland, and it is open for
public inspection without fee by all persons during ordinary
office hours.
All persons affected by the execution of the said public
work or by the taking of such land who have well grounded
objections to the execution of the said public work or to the
taking of the said land must state their objections in writing
and send the same within forty days from the first publication
of this notice to the Town Clerk, Town Hall, Auckland.

PAHIATUA BOROUGH COUNCIL
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1953
PUBLIC notice is hereby given that the Pahiatua Borough
Council, at its meeting held on the 23rd day of February
1956, resolved to prepare for the Pahiatua Borough a
district scheme as required by the provisions of the Town and
Country Planning Act 1953.
Every person and every local authority in the district, is
hereby invited to submit any proposals which, in his or its
opinion, should be considered in the preparation of the
proposed scheme.
Proposals marked "Pahiatua Borough District Scheme"
should be addressed to the Town Clerk and delivered at the
Town Clerk's office on or before the 20th day of May 1956.
