Alteration of Boundary

PURSUANT to the powers vested in it by the Christchurch District Drainage Act 1951, the Christchurch Drainage Board at a meeting held on the 21st day of February 1956, hereby resolves that the boundary of the said Special Area hereinbefore described and defined shall be further altered so as to include in the said Special Area all those areas more particularly described in the Schedules hereto; and further resolves that the.said areas shall form part of and be included in the Subdivision B of the said Special Area and that the boundaries of the said Subdivision B shall be altered accordingly so as to include all those areas more particularly described in the Schedules hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

Upper Huntsbury

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area boundary, the said point being the south-western corner of Lot 9, Deposit Plan No. 10297; thence southerly along the eastern boundaries of Lots 85, 86, and 87, Deposit Plan No. 7182, to the south-eastern corner thereof; thence south-westerly and north-westerly along the south-eastern and south-western boundaries of Lot 87 to the north-western boundary of Lot 118; thence south-westerly along that boundary to the north-eastern boundary of Lot 116; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 116 and 117, across Lots 118 and 119, along the north-eastern boundary of Lot 120, across Lot 121, and along the north-eastern boundaries of Lots 122 and 123 to the south-eastern corner thereof; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundary of Lot 123 to the north-eastern side of Huntsbury Avenue; thence north-westerly across that road to the south-eastern corner of Lot 2, Deposit Plan No. 15358; thence westerly and north-westerly generally along the northern and north-eastern boundaries of Lot 1, Deposit Plan No. 15358 to the south-western corner of Lot 55, Deposit Plan No. 7182; thence northeasterly along the north-western boundaries of Lots 55, 53, and 50 to the Special Area boundary; thence following the said Special Area boundary to the point of commencement.

SECOND SCHEDULE

McGregors Road

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area boundary, the said point being on the northern boundary of Lot 2, Deposit Plan No. 13737; thence easterly along that northern boundary to the western boundary of Lot 6, Deposit Plan No. 13737; thence southerly along the western boundaries of Lots 6 and 7 to the northern boundary of Lot 2, Deposit Plan No. 15947; thence easterly along the northern boundary of Lot 2 to the north-eastern corner thereof; thence south-westerly along the south-eastern boundaries of Lots 2 and 4 to the southern boundary of Lot 4; thence westerly along the southern boundaries of Lots 4 and 3 to the Special Area boundary; thence northerly along the Special Area boundary to the point of commencement.

THIRD SCHEDULE

Rutland Street Extension

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area boundary, the said point being the north-western corner of Lot 2, Deposit Plan No. 18481; thence north-easterly along the north-western boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, Deposit Plan No. 18481, to the south-western boundary of Lot 4, Deposit Plan No. 14182; thence south-easterly and north-easterly along the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of Lot 4, to the south-western boundary of Lot 1, Deposit Plan No. 16145; thence south-easterly and north-easterly along the south-western and south-eastern boundaries of Lot 1 to the Special Area boundary; thence south-easterly, south-westerly, and north-westerly generally along the Special Area boundary to the point of commencement.

FOURTH SCHEDULE

South-west Corner Langdons Road and Bishops Road

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area boundary, the said point being on the south-western boundary of Lot 47, Deposit Plan No. 17738; thence north-westerly along the south-western boundary of Lot 47 to the south-eastern side of Bishops Road; thence north-easterly along the south-eastern side of that road to the Special Area boundary; thence south-easterly and south-westerly along the Special Area boundary to the point of commencement.

FIFTH SCHEDULE

Oakland Street Extension and Primrose Street Extension

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area boundary, the said point being on the north-western boundary of Lot 3, Deposit Plan No. 18010; thence north-easterly generally along the north-western boundary of Lot 3 to the north-eastern corner thereof; thence south-easterly along the north-eastern boundaries of Lot 3, Deposit Plan No. 18010, and Lot 3, Deposit Plan No. 1444, to the north-western boundary of Lot 46, Deposit Plan No. 17749; thence south-westerly along the north-western boundaries of Lots 46, 45, and 44, Deposit Plan No. 17749, to the Special Area boundary; thence north-westerly along the Special Area boundary to the point of commencement.

SIXTH SCHEDULE

Leslie Street

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area boundary, the said point being on the eastern boundary of Lot 2, Deposit Plan No. 17829; thence northerly, westerly, and south-westerly along the eastern, northern, and north-western boundaries of the said Lot 2 to the Special Area boundary; thence south-easterly and easterly along the Special Area boundary to the point of commencement.

SEVENTH SCHEDULE

Middleton Road

ALL that area in the Canterbury Land District bounded by a line commencing at a point on the Special Area boundary, the said point being the south-eastern corner of Section 6, Wharenui Hamlet; thence southerly along the eastern boundaries of Lot 3, Deposit Plan 18325, and Lot 2, Deposit Plan No. 16844, to the south-eastern corner of Lot 2; thence westerly along the southern boundaries of Lots 2 and 1, Deposit Plan No. 16844, to the eastern side of Middleton Road; thence southerly along the eastern side of that road to a point in line with the southern boundary of Lot 64, Deposit Plan No. 15163; thence westerly across Middleton Road and along the southern boundary of Lot 64 to the south-western corner thereof; thence northerly along the western boundary of Lot 64, across Lot 63, and along the western boundaries of Lots 62 and 61 to the Special Area boundary; thence easterly generally along the Special Area boundary to the point of commencement.
