General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the
Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and

hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this
Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of
January 1956.

hereby taken for an electric power substation and shall vest
in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wel-
ington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also
declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after
the 16th day of January 1956.

by Transfer No. 132993 (Wellington Land Registry) and
subject to K.27492 notice of conditions as to building-line
restrictions, for housing purposes; and I also declare that
this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day
of January 1956.
