Land Proclaimed as Road, and Road Closed, in Block I, Rodney Survey District, Rodney County

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as road the land described in the First Schedule hereto; and also hereby proclaim as closed the road described in the Second Schedule hereto.

FIRST SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as road: 1 acre 3 roods 3·7 perches.

Being part Allotment 62, Omaha Parish; coloured blue.

SECOND SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of road closed: 1 acre and 17·5 perches.

Adjoining Allotments 62, 179, and part east portion of Allotment 27, Omaha Parish; coloured green.

All situated in Block I, Rodney Survey District, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 38633.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 149039 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 9th day of January 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of January 1956.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for street and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the City of Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of January 1956.
