Declaring That the Course of the Tuamarina Stream in Block VII, Cloudy Bay Survey District, Shall be Altered or Diverted

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to section 207 of the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby More Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the course of the Tuamarina Stream shall be altered or diverted within the area of land described in the Schedule hereto.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 16th day of January 1956.
