Revoking in Part a Proclamation Taking Additional Land at Auckland for the Purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, do hereby revoke so much of the Proclamation dated the 11th day of December 1953 and published in Gazette, 17 December 1953, Vol. III, page 2022, taking additional land at Auckland for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway as affects the land described in the Schedule hereto.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land: 17·77 perches.
Being part railway land in Proclamation 14059.
Situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland. (S.O. 38649.)
In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 13211 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.
Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 1st day of February 1955.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the purposes of the Kaipara-Waikato Railway.

0 1 32·88 Part Allotments 6 and 7, Section 95, Suburbs of Auckland; coloured blue.

0 2 23·3 Part Allotments 3 and 4, Section 95, Suburbs of Auckland; coloured orange.
All situated in Block VIII, Rangitoto Survey District, City of Auckland. (S.O. 38649.)

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the Crown land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby set apart for railway purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 14th day of February 1955.
SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of Crown land set apart: 34·3 perches.
Being Lot 6, D.P. 40908, being part Old Land Claim No. 7, and being formerly part of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 417, folio 224, Auckland Land Registry.
Situated in the Borough of Kaitaia.

Being Section 9, Town of Mangaweka, situated in Block X, Hautapu Survey District, and being formerly the whole of the land comprised and described in certificate of title, Volume 448, folio 210, Wellington Land Registry.

Being part railway land in Proclamation: 25853, and being formerly Lot 26, D.P. 15900, being part Section 97, Block VI, Patetere North Survey District.
Situated in Borough of Putaruru. (S.O. 35482.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked L.O. 11230 deposited in the office of the New Zealand Railways Commission at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.
