A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 29 of the Public Works Amendment Act 1948, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim as street the land described in the Schedule hereto.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land proclaimed as street: 0·29 perches.

Being part of Allotment 21 of Section 8, Suburbs of Auckland.

Situated in Block XVI, Waitemata Survey District, City of Auckland, Auckland R.D. (S.O. 37743.)

In the North Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 145469 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 3rd day of February 1955.
