EVIDENCE having been furnished of the loss of outstanding duplicate of leasehold certificate of title, Volume 567, folio 264, Wellington Registry, in the name of KENNEDY’S BUILDING LIMITED, a duly incorporated company having its registered office at Wellington (now in liquidation), for 8·65 perches, situate in the City of Wellington, being part of Sections 85, 86, 88, and 137 of the Provincial Government Proclamation, and being also Lot 3 on Deposited Plan No. 10809, and being all the land in Lease 25272, Wellington Registry, and of the said Lease 25272, and also of Memorandum of Mortgage No. 309200, affecting the said lease, whereof ERIC EVYLYN JOHNSON, of Wellington, Auctioneer (now deceased), is Mortgagee, and application (K. 37426) having been made to me to issue a new leasehold certificate of title, a provisional lease, and a provisional mortgage respectively, in lieu thereof, I hereby give notice of my intention to issue such instruments on the expiration of fourteen days from the date of the Gazette containing this notice.
