Land, and Leasehold Estate in Land, Taken for the Development of Water Power in Block VIII, Tutaki Survey District

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the First Schedule hereto, and the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Maurice John Moon, of Tutaki, Farmer, under and by virtue of Crown renewable leases under the Land Act 1948, described in certificates of title, Volume 112, folio 28, and Volume 115, folio 225, Nelson Land Registry, is hereby taken for the development of water power.
FIRST SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 37 acres.
Being Part 1 of Section 4, Block VIII, Tutaki Survey District. All certificate of title, Volume 41, folio 300, Nelson Land Registry.
SECOND SCHEDULE
APPROXIMATE areas of the pieces of land in respect of which the leasehold estate is taken:
A. R. P. Being
871 0 19 Part Section 1 and Section 112, Block VIII, Tutaki Survey District.
827 3 21 Section 5, and part Section 1, Block VIII, Tutaki Survey District.

A PROCLAMATION
PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the additional land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a public school; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of January 1956.

In the South Auckland Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148947 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured as above mentioned.
