A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a police station; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of January 1956.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood.

Being Section 199, Town of Campbell, D.P. 160. All certificate of title, Volume 71, folio 258, Wellington Land Registry.

Situated in Block III, Te Kawau Survey District.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928 and section 6 of the Statutes Amendment Act 1945, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for an institution established under the Child Welfare Act 1925; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of January 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 1 rood 10·2 perches.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for a service lane and shall vest in the Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of the Borough of Mount Wellington as from the date hereinafter mentioned; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of January 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land taken: 20·6 perches.

Being Lot 13, D.P. 40769. Part certificate of title, Volume 596, folio 51 (limited as to parcels), and Volume 195, folio 50, Auckland Land Registry.
