Land Taken for the Development of Water Power (Lake Tekapo Power Scheme) in Blocks I, II, and V, Tekapo Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto is hereby taken for the development of water power (Lake Tekapo Power Scheme).

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of December 1955.
