Portions of Public Reserves Taken for Road in Blocks I, II, V, IX, X, XIII, and XIV, Tekapo Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the portions of public reserves described in the Schedule hereto are hereby taken for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of January 1956.

In the Canterbury Land District; as the same are more particularly delineated on the plans marked and coloured as above mentioned, and deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 12th day of December 1955.
