Land Held for the Development of Water Power Set Apart for Road in Blocks I, II, and V, Tekapo Survey District

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto now held for the development of water power, is hereby set apart for road; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of January 1956.
