Declaring Land to be Crown Land

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 265 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto to be Crown land and to be subject to the Land Act 1948.

SCHEDULE

NORTH AUCKLAND LAND DISTRICT

ALL that piece of land containing 21 acres 3 roods 17 perches, more or less, being parts Waione C No. 4 Block, being part of the land in Provisional Register, Volume 173, folio 31, as shown on the plan lodged in the office of the Chief Surveyor at Auckland, under number M.L. 17132, and thereon edged red.

Given under the hand of His Excellency the Governor-General, and issued under the Seal of New Zealand, this 14th day of December 1955.

Declaring Land in a Roadway Laid Out in Block III, Maketu Survey District, Tauranga County, to be Road

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an order dated the 19th day of June 1911, to be road.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be road: 1 acre 3 roods 12 perches.
Being part Pukaingataru B 1 Block.
Situated in Block III, Maketu Survey District, Auckland R.D. (M.L. 17246.)
In the South Auckland Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148954 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured yellow.

A PROCLAMATION

PURSUANT to section 421 of the Maori Affairs Act 1953, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby declare the land described in the Schedule hereto and comprised in a roadway laid out by the Maori Land Court by an Order dated the 5th day of November 1954 to be road.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land declared to be road: 15 acres 3 roods 15 perches.
Being part of Subdivisions 6 and 7 of Mangatu No. 1 Block, and being part Lot 1, D.P. 2704.
Situated in Block III, Mangatu Survey District, Gisborne R.D. (S.O. 4755.)
In the Gisborne Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148970 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured blue.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for better utilization, is hereby set apart for post and telegraph purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of January 1956.

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 5 acres.
Being part Lots 5, 6, 7, and 8, D.P. 5064, and part Lot 1, D.P. 5002, all being part Rural Section 145.
Situated in Block X, Christchurch Survey District, Canterbury R.D. (S.O. 8892.)
In the Canterbury Land District; as the same is more particularly delineated on the plan marked P.W.D. 148968 deposited in the office of the Minister of Works at Wellington, and thereon coloured orange.

PURSUANT to the Public Works Act 1928, I, Lieutenant-General Sir Charles Willoughby Moke Norrie, the Governor-General of New Zealand, hereby proclaim and declare that the land described in the Schedule hereto, now held for housing purposes, is hereby set apart for defence purposes; and I also declare that this Proclamation shall take effect on and after the 4th day of January 1956.

SCHEDULE

APPROXIMATE area of the piece of land set apart: 16 acres 32Β·7 perches.
Being part Lot 1, D.P. 34792. Balance certificate of title, Volume 891, folio 86, Auckland Land Registry, after excepting thereout all the land on D.P. 41863.
Situated in the Borough of Papakura.
