NOTICE OF INTENTION TO TAKE LAND FOR ROAD AND TO TAKE A LEASEHOLD ESTATE IN LAND FOR THE PURPOSES OF ROAD AND TO STOP ROAD IN BLOCK IV, ORAHIKI SURVEY DISTRICT, AND BLOCK XVI, PIRONGIA SURVEY DISTRICT, OTOROHANGA COUNTY

NOTICE is hereby given that it is proposed, under the provisions of the Public Works Act 1928, to take the land described in the First Schedule hereto for road, and to take the leasehold estate in the land described in the Second Schedule hereto, held from Her Majesty the Queen by Frank Patrick Shirley, of Otorohanga, Farmer, under and by virtue of Lease No. F151, Register Book Volume 1074, folio 111, Auckland Registry, for the purposes of a road, and to stop the pieces of road described in the Third Schedule hereto;

And notice is hereby further given that the plan of the land required to be taken and of the land in respect of which the leasehold estate is to be taken and of the pieces of road to be stopped is deposited in the office of the Otorohanga County Council at Ballance Street, Otorohanga, and is there open for inspection; and that all persons affected by the taking of the said land or by the taking of the said leasehold estate in land or by the stopping of the said pieces of road should, if they have any well-grounded objections to the said taking or stopping, set forth the same in writing, and send such writing, within forty days from the first publication of this notice, to the Office of the County Council at Otorohanga.
